BIRRIFICIO C & C was born in 2016, The beer is produced in the Foglianise (BN) plant, mixing the water of the Taburno-Camposauro massif, EXCLUSIVELY, with the ITALIANI malts. The production process is entirely manual. The common characteristics of beers are: 100% Italian malts; patent label in leatherette; exhibitor brev. self-supporting per bottle; use of btg. with mechanical cap. They are unfiltered and pasteurized beers. At the first fermentation in stainless steel vats, a second in the bottle follows, which originates in natural carbonation, and therefore forms natural sediment.
