The origins of Bassi S.p.A., Company leader in the production of Gorgonzola DOP, are to be traced back 4 generations ago.
Special attention is paid to all the phases of production's chain, from selection of raw materials, to the procedures adopted in production, seasoning and packaging. The milk is collected from the best farms of the typical areas of origin and it's transported in tanker belonging to the Company, to guarantee the best Total Quality and Customer Sadisfaction.
