Barbero is an artisanal family run company, known for traditional Piedmontese handcraft pralines. Our flagship product is the "Baci di Cherasco", a typical praline made out in our very pastry shop since 1881, using the best hazelnut from the Langhe region (Piedmont) and the finest chocolate. Among our products, you will also find spreadable cream with piedmontese hazelnut and fine pastry. Our goal is to spread Piedmontese chocolate culture through high quality traditional products.
