Riserva San Massimo produces the Authentic Carnaroli rice in a unique background. San Massimo is a Natural Reserve extending for 600 hectares into Ticino river Park in Gropello Cairoli (Pv). One of the most important elements characterising Riserva San Massimo products is water. Indeed, the pure spring water flowing from our 44 natural spring allow to irrigate all the paddies exclusively with pure water. One third of the estate is dedicated to the rice production, but the remaining 400 hectares are a proper Natural Reserve that make Riserva San Massimo the first for biodiversity in Lombardy.
