AZIENDA AGRICOLA PRATTICO' DI PRATTICO' FRANCESCA

Farmers since 1960, producers of tomato,pepper,chilli pepper and bergamot. We focus on seasonal crops for maximum taste,bringing forward a transformation free from any kind of preservative,thickner,dye. Our fields are along the coasts of the Mar Ionio under Capo Zefirio. The crops are irrigated with very pure brackish water,removing the acidity from the product. We commute the yield within 3 hours with pure steam. We transform in this way tomato into sauce,peeled tomato and spaccatelle; bergamot into juice;pepper and chilli pepper into sauces.
