AZIENDA AGRICOLA DONATO CONSERVA

The company was founded in 2012 and in 2015 inaugurates its own oil mill.
Today it leads about 75 hectares of specialized olive grove, in the areas of Bari, Bitonto, Modugno, Bitritto, Palo del Colle and Bitetto.
The cultivars grown are Ogliarola, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Peranzana, Nocellara del Belice and Picholine.
The 2-stage centrifugal extraction system of the Mori-Tem company; the preservation of the oil is carried out by stainless steel tanks under nitrogen.
The company has BIO and DOP certification (Terra di Bari - Bitonto sub-area)
