AZIENDA AGRICOLA BIOLU

We are an organic farm. We grow ancient grains that we mill in stone into flour and semolina. We produce traditional Irpinian Pasta, Biscuits and Bakery Products. All our products are wholemeal with wheat germ. We are Guardian Farmers, we reproduce, on behalf of the Germplasm Bank, extinct or endangered seeds. We grow Celery of Gesualdo (Slow Food Presidium) with which we produce a powder of dehydrated Celery - Celery Salt
