Armonie Alimentari is specialized in the production of crispy leaves called Parmonie. This product is a chip made with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, olive oil and flour. These three ingredients are blended into a dough, shaped into chips and baked in the oven, with no added preservatives. The company also runs the cheese business. It selects and distributes Parmigiano Reggiano “63 Essenze” - 63 Essences - of the stable meadows, buffalo mozzarella and butter.
