Arcenni Tuscany cultivates edible snails, species Helix Aspersa Muller, in the very heart of Tuscany, in a village named Capannoli, in the aerea of Alta Valdera. Snails are farmed on an open pasture, with a 100% organic cycle method. Arcenni Tuscany’s primary goal is the quality and the naturalness of meat. For this reason the company takes care of the entire snail supply chain, including breeding activities, collection and purge, up to meat processing, in order to put on your table high quality wholesome products with a natural, genuine taste, completely made in Tuscany.
