Bartolomei's crusher was started around the end of 19th century in Montecchio, Umbria. It grew out of the strong relationship which has always linked the family to the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, initially to have its own oil mill and subsequently, from generation to generation, small technological innovations have allowed constant growth over time.
Today all stages of production and management is entrusted to Carla, Rita and Pierluigi, sister and brothers, who respect with passion the traditions and knowledge passed on to them by their parents.
