Acetum was founded in Cavezzo, Modena, in the historic Cantine Motta, built in 1906.
The company is leader in the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and has an aging capacity of 15 million liters and a production of about 25 million liters/year and is confirmed as the largest in the industry for PGI certificated volumes.
