Description

We introduce you our excellent products : Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Affinato ( over 12 years aged ) and Extravecchio ( over 25 years aged ) exclusively obtained from Trebbiano Grapes, and aged in different barrels woods: Oak, Chestnut, Cherry , Vlack Locust, Acacia.
Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. obtained from a selection of the best musts mixed with wine vinegar , aged in Oak barrels.
Our Dressings get their maturation in barrels made of selected woods , following our old family tradition methods. This maturations create a product with high density .
